the old school, new rules

If you haven't happened to see this, you should definitely check it out. Luckily, many citizens have commented on this article so we know that people will not stand for it. However, I find the fact that our elected officials think in this manner appalling. We have to start being active in our society if we want the world to be a place in which we want to live.

  1. Yikes, I am really disturbed by the idea that a library isn't a necessity. I'd argue that a place where every citizen, regardless of the ability to pay, can access information is a basic necessity for a democracy!
